Preparing for Presentation Site Analysis -4/9

I was given the task to present the site analysis to the reviewers on 4/9.

So here are the key aspects that i would present to the reviewers.

SOIL CONDITIONS

The soil conditions around Torquay College area is slightly muddy but is surrounded with indigenous plants and shrubs.

SITE TOPOGRAPHY


The site topography as you can see from this area is not a flat surface but has a slope (a bit hilly) in this area

PLANTS & VEGETATION

Indigenous plants and vegetation are planted around the site area

SITE ACCESS AND EXITS

With access and exits ,snce we are concentrating on this particular site for our site changes,we found out that there is also a path that leads to the nursing home, the depot area (which is under construction at the moment) as well as the main exits for the council's use).

EXAMINATION OF ROAD MANAGEMENT
The road management in this area can be concluded as heavy during peak hours at 8-9am and after school hours (after 3pm) at the main road

SERVICES AND LOCATION
With the services and location, there are proper drainage system connecting from the fire station area to the depot area, as well as a communication tower close to the fire station.
